Carpet tiles & Carpets
- Free delivery on all Burmatex products over £100 (£25 small order charge on all orders under £300) – Kerbside delivery only
- Free delivery on all Tarkett products over £300 (£55 small order charge on all orders under £300) – Kerbside delivery only
Accessories
- Accessories (small) sent within 48hrs £18 ex VAT
- Special delivery items (e.g. aerosols, large items) £48 ex VAT delivery unless purchased with flooring
Wood and laminate flooring
Tarkett:
Free delivery on all orders over £300 (£55 small order charge on all orders under £300). Kerbside delivery only.
Polyflor, Quickstep & Chene:
Free Delivery on all orders over £300 (£48 small order charge on all orders under £300).
Deliveries are kerbside only.
⚠️ Important: To qualify for free delivery, you must confirm at checkout that delivery is to a location where work is currently in progress, and someone is available to receive the order.
If these conditions aren’t met, delivery may be refused or re-scheduled, and additional charges will apply.
Failed Deliveries
If no one is present to receive the order at the arranged time, or if access is not suitable for the delivery vehicle, the order may be returned to the depot. Redelivery charges will apply and must be paid before the goods are re-sent.
Access & Restrictions
Please notify us at checkout of any access restrictions (e.g. narrow lanes, weight limits, limited turning space). If the delivery vehicle cannot access the site due to restrictions not disclosed at the time of order, additional charges may apply.
