Are carpet tiles a good idea?
For offices, schools, shops and busy family rooms, yes. A stained or worn tile lifts out and a spare drops in, they're easier to carry upstairs than a roll, and there's far less waste. For a bedroom where you want a deep, soft pile, a broadloom carpet still feels better underfoot.

Do carpet tiles need to be glued down?
Most commercial tiles are laid with a tackifier, a light adhesive that stops them sliding but lets you lift a tile later. They aren't stuck down permanently. Our guide, how to fit carpet tiles in 10 steps, covers it.
Is LVT better than laminate flooring?
LVT is waterproof, quieter and warmer underfoot, which makes it the better choice for kitchens, bathrooms and commercial areas. Laminate costs less in dry rooms. Commercial ranges such as Polyflor Expona LVT carry a PUR coating that resists scuffs.
